Personal Touch were so patient and caring with my brothers and I with all the planning from start to finish.Having never had to deal with the arranging of a complete funeral arrangement before , Pauline was amazing. Also acting as the facilitator of our fathers funeral she lead the service and went through our order of service so well . Also in their company name personal touch ….. Pauline definitely added that on the day we laid our father to rest ,the team were perfect .

Personal Touch assisted us with my grandad’s funeral. Not only were they accommodating, patient and kind but every single person genuinely showed care from when they collected Grandad, to when they took us to see him at the funeral home, right through to the tiny personal touches that made a difference at the funeral and the reception. They helped us to express our love for him in a way that would have made him smile. I would definitely use their services again.
I would like to thank Pauline and her team for their hard work in making my 70th birthday a very special day.The hall was decorated so beautifully, everything was just so perfect. I had many comments that the food, music and photos was so good they ask me to have another party and to make sure Pauline and her team do all the organising. Personal Touch is such a perfect name for this business as this is exactly what we got when we laid our daughter to rest recently. I am truly grateful and give thanks to Pauline and all her personnel in particular Lee the Limo and Hearse driver who I almost forgot was staff and not a family member. Pauline and all the staff were so attentive, compassionate and a comfort to me and my family during preparations and on the actual day. My daughter was my first born, an amazing and loving young woman and so we wanted to give her a special send off, one she would have liked and that is exactly what she got. An amazing send off with beautiful decorations in her favourite colour, beautiful flowers, orders of service specially designed just for her and a great celebration of life reception with fantastic catering. Personal Touch really gives the Personal Touch and made such an impression that my neighbours have also chosen them for their funeral service. My father passed away very suddenly in April of this year. In preparation for his funeral I was phoning around trying to find the right Funeral Directors for the job. I was looking for a company that would be compassionate, provide me with clear and helpful information and be cost effective.When I first made contact with Pauline I was very impressed because she was so warm, welcoming and helpful. In addition the funeral packages were affordable. During our initial contact I found out that Pauline had known my father, from when they were younger. It felt like my father had sent the right person to us to arrange his funeral.Pauline was extremely professional and so compassionate which put all of my family's minds at ease. Pauline made this difficult day so wonderful and stress free and everything ran smoothly.The decorations in the hall were beautiful, the food was10/10 and the staff who served on the day were professional and friendly.Everyone who attended informed me that it was one of the best funeral's they had been to in a long while. Every aspect of the arrangements was absolutely on point throughout the day.I would highly recommend Pauline and her team
