Personal Touch was conceived to help relieve the stress and confusion that can tend to happen when a loved one dies. The company was started in 2010 by Pauline Miller following the death of her mother, and what started off as a seedling idea has now grown into a strong independent company boasting one of the largest range of funeral services.
